Deliverables produced during a consulting engagement become the property of the client upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise specified in a project-specific agreement. However, Siam Nexus retains the right to use anonymised methodologies, frameworks, and general knowledge developed during engagements.

6. Payment Terms

Consulting fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿ THB) on our Solutions page. Payment terms for specific engagements are outlined in project-specific agreements and typically require payment in advance or at agreed milestones. Accepted methods include bank transfer and other methods specified in the engagement agreement. If a client wishes to cancel an engagement, the terms for refunds or partial refunds will be governed by the applicable project agreement.

7. Service-Specific Terms

Project Scope: The scope of each engagement is defined in a written project agreement. Changes to scope require mutual written agreement and may affect fees and timelines.

Delivery: We aim to complete engagements within the timelines stated, though actual delivery may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness.

Confidentiality: All client information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential under the terms of a separate non-disclosure agreement executed at the start of each project.

8. Disclaimers

Our consulting services are provided on an advisory basis. While we strive to deliver well-researched and practical recommendations, we do not warrant that any specific business outcome will result from our work. Results depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including market conditions, client implementation, and third-party actions. 9. Limitation of Liability

Either party may terminate a consulting engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the relevant project agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to our website at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification — shall continue to apply.

12. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation for a period of at least 30 days.

13. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Siam Nexus regarding the use of our website. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. Our failure to exercise any right under these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right. We may assign our rights and obligations under these terms without your consent.
